We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after the 7-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened oil bottles may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To protect product quality and safety, bottles with a broken or removed tamper seal cannot be accepted for return or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Return Shipping Policy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Where applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund issued.
